Self-Therapy
Therapy essentially means putting yourself right or treating yourself right!
Do both by knowing who yourself really is, or said another way YOUR SELF which is indeed something far grander.
If you know who you are you can put you right and you would naturally be treating your self right too.
Know that you, the real you, is far more than the habitually limiting mind and body. Break away from that old idea and into the new and inspiring territory of unlimitedness.
